INGREDIENTS: Corn flour, dry summer black truffle (Tuber aestivium) (0.3%), natural truffle flavor). May contain Wheat, Soybeans, Hazelnuts (Tree Nuts)
PREPARATION: Bring 1.5 L of water to the boil and add the polenta, stirring briskly. Cook slowly, stirring continuously for at least 10 minutes. Pour onto a large plate and season to taste with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
