Celebrating 42 years of Broders’ Cucina Italiana!

Molly & Tom Broder opened Broders’ Cucina Italiana on May 12th, 1982 and it has since become a neighborhood institution in southwest Minneapolis.  We’ve shared countless pastas, pizzas, and memories with all of you over the years.

It all began with a trip to Italy that sparked a passion for authentic, freshly produced pasta. This passion turned into the first of many iterations of Broders’ Cucina Italiana. Producing the highest quality and freshest pastas available in all of Minneapolis for locals to cook at home and other small businesses to share. Many trips later, we now import fine specialty products available from all regions of Italy and busily prepare a range fresh foods, from antipasto to dolce.

Whether you’re dining in, taking food to go, having it delivered to your door, catered for your event or shipped nationwide – we look forward to serving you and sharing our passion for Italian cuisine.
