“Casarecci di Calabria Srl, founded in 1998 by the Gallo brothers, is based at the foot of the Sila plateau, in the wonderful mountainous area of Calabria.
For more than 20 years the company “Casarecci di Calabria” has been producing food products that reflect the excellence of the territory and beyond, the brand that identifies us on the national and international market is “Artigiani dei sapori”
The entire production and processing system takes place according to traditional methods that have the sole objective of giving the customer a product that contains the ancient Calabrian flavours.
Of fundamental importance is the choice of raw materials that are processed without colouring agents and preservatives.
The result is products with an authentic and genuine flavour. Initially, the family-run company dealt exclusively with the production and processing of oil products, vegetables and mushrooms.
Over the years, however, we have necessarily had to innovate to meet new market demands. In 2013, we completed our expansion project, building a new plant where we could manage the entire supply chain, from production to distribution, with the help of new machinery, hiring more staff and therefore with the possibility of satisfying a wider range of users.”
