Beginning in 1900, the Roi family has been cultivating olives for over four generations. Over time, they have expanded their fields, converted to environmentally friendly, organic olive groves, and refined their processing methods.  

This oil is made from delicious Taggiasca olives, grown only in Liguria.  The Roi family produces very limited quantities of this fine olive oil with a two-stage cold process production method,  achieving a delicious oil of low acidity.

Tips for enjoyment:

  • Dinner Party Appetizers: Drizzle atop freshly baked bread or bruschetta for a simple yet flavorful appetizer. OR create an elevated dipping sauce by mixing olive oil with balsamic vinegar, minced garlic & crushed red pepper flakes.

  • Salad Dressings: Use as a base for homemade salad dressings. Combine with vinegar, herbs, and a dash of mustard for a light vinaigrette.
