For over 80 years, Riseria Campanini has milled high-quality Italian rice in the heart of the Po Valley. Their carnaroli and arborio rice varieties are prized by chefs for their superior starch content and structure - ideal for creamy, perfectly al dente risotto. Family run and rooted in tradition.
Masseria Mirogallo
This family owned farm in Basilicata produces exceptional preserved vegetables, sauces, and spreads using only what they grow. Giuseppe Giusti
Founded in 1605, Giuseppe Giusti is the oldest producer of balsamic vinegar in Modena. Their balsamico is aged in centuries-old barrels using the traditional “solera” method, resulting in complex, velvety vinegars layered with sweetness, acidity, and depth. A few drops goes a long way.
