TERZO’s PORCHETTA

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°.

2. Cook frozen Porchetta in covered foil pan for 45 minutes until internal temperature is 165°.

3. Use fork to pull apart and shred pork.

4. Serve immediately.

Serves 4
