Pure Italian Acacia Honey made from Acacia trees that grow wild around the Brezzo family home in Monteu Roero. Each year in May, the forests bloom with the fragrant white flowers that their bees simply love, producing honey with delicate and sweet flavors, floral aromas and notes of fresh fruit.
Enjoy Acacia Honey as a sweetener for teas and coffees, or combine with yogurts and fruits. We love this with mild cheeses such as Ricotta and Mascarpone, but equally as much with blue cheeses.
